We continue to follow Covid-19-related health and safety guidelines to protect our staff, customers and clients. Thus, to observe social distancing, we are only offering curbside appointments.

Please be assured, in spite of this drastic shift in our service delivery, we are as committed as ever to the health and well-being of your companion.

 

Hours of Operation

Monday- Friday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (Closed for lunch: 1:00 PM-2:00 PM)

Saturdays: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

Sundays: Closed

Steps during Your Pet’s Appointment

Step 1 Call us (613 392 8900) to schedule your appointment
Step 2 Text us on arrival at our Parking lot – 71 Murphy Street
Step 3 Team Member gets more information about your pet through the phone
Step 4 Team Member collects your pet
Step 5 After Exam, the Doctor contacts you through the phone
Step 6 Payment done through contactless method
Step 7 Your pet and purchases delivered to your car

 

 Important:

  • Remain available on the phone while your pet is being treated.
  • Pre-pay for your purchases prior to coming to the hospital.
  • We accept payments by VISA, Mastercard and/or e-transfer only.
